Doug Carrara

VP, Client Engagement

Doug is the Vice President, Client Engagement, he is responsible for leading the Go-To-Market Strategy for Atlas. Aligning critical processes to meet the current and future needs of our clients through highly proficient Client Partners is critical to the company’s success.

Doug joined Atlas in February of 2023.  He is global business leader with 30 years of P&L and operational leadership experience across sales, marketing, commercial operations, and consulting within Fortune 500 companies and start-ups.

A graduate of The Rutgers School of Business, Doug also earned a Bachelor of Science from Drew University in Psychology with a concentration on Ethics. He is a Certified Professional Coach, an Advisory Board Member of the Stillman School of Business, at Seton Hall University, active in coaching youth sports and served as a member of his local town Board of Health.

In his spare time, Doug enjoys spending time with his growing family, fly fishing, spending time with friends and listening to country music!
