Rishi Dixit

Rishi Dixit is the Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Atlas responsible for innovating existing products/solutions and developing new practice areas/advisory, partnerships, and products to accelerate growth and market differentiation for Atlas.

He has spent over three decades of his life with large & and complex Fortune 100/500 organizations. From IT Sales and marketing, Fashion, Consumer Goods Manufacturing, Agency, and international trade, and over two decades with top 10 Life Sciences companies. He has successfully developed and led large and complex people, digital, and award-winning digital transformations, including patient-engagement products.

Rishi is a Portfolio, Program, Project Management, Emotional Intelligence, Change Management, Product management, Organizational transformations, and Service Management expert, coach, and mentor, and like almost everyone today - an AI aficionado ;)

With a Business, and Organizational leadership academic background and several industry certifications Rishi believes that commonsensical thoughtful approaches are the key to positive outcomes. Rishi and his wife are a regular volunteers and donors for several charities supporting kids and education, and professional organizations. They also founded LeaderKid Academy, a non-profit, to promote leadership and future skills in kids.

Originally from India, but after some globe trotting Rishi moved to the US in 2002 and he now lives in NJ with his lifelong friend and spouse, two kids that he loves to the moon and beyond, and Teddy the puppy (his kids claim that Rishi loves Teddy more than them).

Fun fact about Rishi

Rishi believes that this whole world is his friend just waiting for a “Hello”. He can be frequently found laughing and talking with strangers, from the person standing next him at the grocery line, or deeply connecting with someone he just met at the doctor’s office. His kids find this extremely annoying, yet somehow super impressive!
