Atlas Leaders Jacquie Cleary and Vicki McColley Named Among New Jersey's 50 Women to KNOW
Atlas is proud to congratulate Jacquie Cleary, Chief Executive Officer, and Vicki McColley, Chief Operating Officer, on being named among the 50 Women to KNOW in New Jersey.
The Women to KNOW in New Jersey recognition celebrates women across the state for their professional accomplishments, influence, and commitment to making a difference. Jacquie and Vicki were each selected separately through an interview and review process led by previous honorees and respected members of the community.
As part of the recognition, they will each be featured in the Women to KNOW in New Jersey hardcover alongside this year’s 50 honorees.
For Atlas, the recognition is especially meaningful because it highlights two leaders whose impact extends well beyond their roles within the organization. Both Jacquie and Vicki have built their leadership around developing people, creating opportunities, and helping others grow.

Jacquie Cleary: Creating Opportunities for Future Leaders
As CEO of Atlas, Jacquie Cleary has helped shape the company’s growth and strengthen its role in the life sciences industry. Her leadership is grounded in innovation, mentorship, emotional intelligence, and a belief in creating meaningful opportunities for others.
A particular focus of Jacquie’s leadership is supporting the next generation of women leaders. Through mentorship, Atlas’ internship program, and initiatives that encourage women to build confidence and use their voices, she works to help others recognize their potential and pursue opportunities even before they feel fully ready.
For Jacquie, supporting women means creating an environment where success is earned through capability, ambition, and leadership. She believes organizations have an important role to play in ensuring people feel supported, valued, and empowered to develop their full potential.

Vicki McColley: Leading With Integrity and Mentorship
Vicki McColley has spent 24 years helping shape Atlas’ growth, operational strategy, and global execution. As COO, she brings a strong commitment to excellence, integrity, and developing the people around her.
Her commitment to developing others also extends beyond Atlas. Vicki has devoted more than 15 years to the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, serving in regional, global, and board leadership roles. Through the HBA, she has helped create opportunities for women to build their skills, expand their networks, increase their visibility, and grow as leaders.
Vicki’s approach to leadership reflects the values she learned from her parents: hard work, accountability, kindness, and doing the right thing, particularly when it is difficult.
Through her work with the HBA, Atlas’ internship program, and everyday mentoring, Vicki encourages emerging leaders to understand that leadership is not about having every answer. It is about asking questions, continuing to learn, relying on others, and having the courage to take the next step.

Celebrating Their Impact
Jacquie and Vicki were formally recognized at the Women to KNOW in New Jersey Gala, an evening dedicated to celebrating this year’s honorees and the impact they are making across the state.
Their recognition reflects the leadership, integrity, mentorship, and dedication to people that they bring to Atlas every day. Their influence extends beyond our organization through the opportunities they create, the future leaders they help develop, and their commitment to supporting women throughout their careers.
Atlas is incredibly proud to see Jacquie and Vicki recognized for the impact they have made at Atlas and in the broader community.
Congratulations, Jacquie and Vicki, on this well-deserved achievement.
