As we look back on the key leadership moments of 2025, we’re proud to highlight the appointment of Jacqueline A. Cleary ’87 to the University of Scranton’s Board of Trustees.

A distinguished alumna of the University, Jacquie’s appointment reflects her longstanding commitment to leadership, mentorship, and service, values that are deeply embedded in Atlas’ mission and culture. Throughout her career, she has championed thoughtful innovation, people-first leadership, and meaningful community engagement, both within Atlas and beyond.

A Leader Shaped by Service

Jacquie’s journey began at the University of Scranton, where a strong foundation in values-based education inspired a career dedicated to purpose-driven impact. Today, she leads Atlas, a woman-owned consulting firm with 400 experts helping life sciences companies solve complex challenges, driving operational excellence and delivering impactful solutions.

From the beginning, Jacquie has modeled leadership grounded in authenticity, inclusion, and strategic execution. Her appointment to the Board of Trustees is a continuation of this legacy, bringing vision and deep expertise to the next generation of learners and leaders.

Living Our Values

This milestone reflects the values we live every day at Atlas: investing in people, creating pathways for growth, and giving back to the communities that shape us. Just as Jacquie has championed mentorship and transformation inside Atlas, she now brings that same spirit of service to the University of Scranton.

Guiding the Future

As a trustee, Jacquie is part of a distinguished group responsible for shaping the University’s strategic direction. Her perspective as a leader in life sciences, and as a passionate advocate for education and innovation, will help guide the University’s continued mission of excellence.

We celebrate this recognition not just as an individual achievement, but as a reflection of what’s possible when purpose meets leadership. Read the official University of Scranton press release here.
