Atlas is proud to announce that our Chief Operating Officer, Vicki McColley, has been named one of The Top 25 Women Leaders in Consulting for 2026.

This recognition highlights leaders who are shaping the consulting profession through measurable impact, operational excellence, and the ability to guide organizations through complex transformation.

At a time when organizations are navigating rapid change across technology, regulation, and global markets, consulting leadership is defined by more than strategy. It is defined by the ability to bring clarity to complexity and turn ambition into execution. Vicki’s work reflects that standard.

Building Execution Into the Operating Model

Vicki McColley is the Chief Operating Officer of Atlas, a life sciences-focused consulting firm delivering portfolio, program, and product execution services for global organizations. She leads Atlas’ operational strategy, enterprise delivery model, and organizational scaling, supporting clients across the U.S., Europe, and broader global markets.

Vicki is recognized for building execution-driven operating models that strengthen governance, elevate accountability, and enable high-performing teams in complex environments. She has played a central role in aligning Atlas’ cross-functional structure across talent, delivery, strategic solutions, innovation, and internal operations, positioning the firm to scale with discipline while maintaining agility and client responsiveness.

Advancing Innovation Through the Atlas Intelligence Platform

Vicki has also helped advance Atlas’ innovation agenda through the launch and operationalization of the Atlas Intelligence Platform, Atlas’ AI and automation capability. Designed to enhance automation, agent-driven workflows and execution, and portfolio visibility across client programs, the platform embeds trusted expertise, adapts to client context, and continuously learns from data and feedback to improve speed, compliance, and decision-making confidence.

Leadership Beyond the Firm

In addition to her executive leadership at Atlas, Vicki serves as the Global Chair of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Digital Innovators Affinity Group, where she supports a global network of leaders advancing the future of digital health and elevating women in the industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Fairfield University.

Atlas congratulates Vicki on this well-deserved recognition. Reflecting on the honor, she shared:

“I’m honored by the recognition, but the work behind it is truly a team effort. The Atlas team works alongside our clients every day to tackle complex challenges and move important work forward. I’m grateful to work with people who care deeply about the impact we create together.”
